Companionship

Companionship

Living alone can lead to feelings of isolation and loneliness and is a leading cause of depression in seniors. Social interaction is important at any age, but can become harder to maintain as we get older.

Helping you stay engaged

While your mom or dad may be perfectly fine taking care of themselves at home, they can become increasingly depressed or anxious due to a decrease in social interaction. And with work and family commitments, you can’t always be there for them.

Our companionship services are designed specifically to fill this gap and provide the socialization your parent needs to keep engaged and happy.

From helping with daily tasks such as meal preparation and laundry, to going for walks, to reading books or playing cards, our caregiver companions ensure your mom or dad stay engaged and active, while maintaining their independence.

And as will all our services, we’ll ensure your mom or dad is matched with a companion that fits with their personality and interests.
